This home had a lot going on - a striking mix of stone, stucco, and black-framed windows spread across two full storeys. That kind of surface variety means grime hides in a lot of places. The windows especially tend to collect dust, hard water spots, and general buildup that dulls the whole look of a property, even when everything else looks great.
We sent two of our guys out to tackle the full exterior. They worked through every window on the back of the home using water-fed pole systems, which push purified water through a brush head to scrub and rinse the glass without leaving behind any mineral residue. It's the right tool for a home like this - lots of height, lots of glass, and no room for streaks or missed spots.
What we love about a job like this is how much it changes the feel of a property. Clean windows let natural light do its thing inside the home. The views open up. The frames look sharper. It's one of those details that homeowners notice immediately once it's done, and wonder why they waited so long to book it.
Pairing the exterior window clean with a full house wash means the whole property gets refreshed at once. The exterior surfaces get cleared of dirt and buildup, the windows get the detailed attention they need, and the end result is a home that just looks cared for. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job we take on.
